OpenRTLSet: 131K Open-Source Verilog Samples With LLM-Generated Descriptions

OpenRTLSet provides 131,000 Verilog samples (102K from GitHub, 5K VHDL translations, 24K C/C++ translations) paired with natural language descriptions generated by DeepSeek-R1, enabling fine-tuning of models like Qwen and Granite across 7B–32B parameter sizes. It benchmarks INT4 vs BF16 quantization and includes Verilator-generated C++ as labeling context.
