In a deployed job-evaluation agent using Claude Sonnet 4.6 across 144 trials, modifying non-focal prompt modules along content dimensions produced measurable behavioral interference (Cohen's d = 0.63) in other modules with no shared variables — a sub-threshold effect invisible to standard QA but compounding at scale. The mechanism is transformer self-attention's lack of formal isolation between concatenated context segments.
