LLMs Score Product Sentiment With 0.97 Pearson Correlation to Human Labels

Zero-shot LLM scoring on two Product Desirability Toolkit datasets achieved Pearson correlations up to 0.97 and classification accuracy up to 94%, outperforming lexicon-based and transformer baselines on implicit sentiment without explicit review scores.
