PathLab Agentic Framework Runs Computational Pathology Workflows from Natural Language

PathLab translates natural-language research objectives into validated computational pathology pipelines using modular, reusable skills covering preprocessing, model development, evaluation, and interpretation. Evaluated across 12 public datasets and four task families — ROI classification, WSI classification, segmentation, and survival prediction — it achieved non-inferior performance without requiring user programming.
