ARMOR-MAD Reaches 81.5% on MMLU-Pro Using Agreement-Gated Debate Routing

ARMOR-MAD is a training-free multi-agent debate framework that uses pre-debate agreement routing to skip unnecessary debate rounds, early stopping on convergence, and semantic outlier down-weighting during aggregation. It scores 65.5% on MATH Level 5, 96.5% on GSM8K, 90.0% on MMLU, and 81.5% on MMLU-Pro, outperforming fixed-round heterogeneous debate baselines.
